Before you write
A few details let us help you in one reply rather than three.
- If your question is about an order, give the order reference. It looks like LTH-XXXXXXXXXX and is shown on your order page.
- Tell us which course you mean, and what you were hoping it would do for you.
- If something is not working, say what you tried and what you saw on the screen. Name the device and browser if you know them.
- Please do not send card details by email or in the chat. We never need them.
